Quick help

Common questions

How do I connect Apple Health?

Open PulseLog and tap Connect Health. Approve the categories you want PulseLog to read. You can change access later in the Health app under your profile and Apps.

Why is information missing?

Some measurements require a compatible Apple Watch or another device that saves information to Apple Health. Availability also depends on your region, device settings, and granted permissions.

How do I refresh?

Tap Refresh at the top of PulseLog or pull down on the screen. PulseLog also refreshes when you reopen it. A checkmark confirms when the update finishes.

What does PulseLog display?

When available, PulseLog shows resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, blood oxygen, sleep stages, ECG classifications, and irregular-rhythm notifications from Apple Health.

What do trend flags mean?

Flags identify days that moved outside your recent personal pattern. They help you notice changes over time, but they are not a diagnosis or medical assessment.

Does PulseLog change my Health data?

No. PulseLog requests read-only access. It does not write to, edit, or delete information in Apple Health.
